In 2010, DPRI reached out to 2,484 youth and their families, schools and communities through our programs and services. DPRI is recognized as a leader in innovative prevention education and programming for youth. Here’s where we serve:

Navarro County

IMPACT Community Coalition - a program of Drug Prevention Resources, Inc. - IMPACT Navarro County uses community prevention strategies to decrease substance use by limiting access to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, and changing social norms that support youth substance abuse.

Through a new collaboration with Navarro County Junior College and Drug Prevention Resources, Inc. , more individuals, civic leaders, schools, faith-communities, civic organizations and law enforcement officials are championing drug prevention education in Corsicana and Navarro County.

Ennis

IMPACT Community Coalition – a program of Drug Prevention Resources, Inc. - IMPACT Ennis uses community prevention strategies to decrease substance use by limiting access to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, and changing social norms that support youth substance abuse.

Individuals, civic leaders, schools, faith-communities, civic groups and local law enforcement officials are championing drug prevention education in Ennis through innovative partnerships with local law enforcement agencies.

Grand Prairie

DPRI offers prevention education and programs at the following locations in Grand Prairie:

IMPACT Community Coalition – a program of Drug Prevention Resources, Inc. – IMPACT Grand Prairie is a coalition of community volunteers working together to prevent youth substance abuse in Grand Prairie. Programs such as ”Too Good For Drugs” and “Keepin’ It REAL” are offered through a dynamic partnership with individuals, civic leaders, schools, faith-communities, civic groups and local law enforcement officials at selected sites in Grand Prairie.

Programs such as “Keepin’ It REAL” and “Project SUCCESS” are offered at selected sites through a collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs, Housing Authorities, Schools, Treatment Centers, and Parks and Recreation programs. Such programs are made possible through innovative and emerging partnerships with individuals, civic leaders, schools, faith-communities, civic groups and local law enforcement officials.
